The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer by Guangzhou Hengyu is the definitive equipment for manufacturing high-viscosity creams, premium laundry gels, and personal care products like shampoos. This integrated system combines vacuum deaeration, multi-axial blending, high-shear homogenization, and thermal management (heating/cooling) into a single unit. It ensures a superior finished product characterized by a smooth texture, zero air bubbles, and long-term stability against phase separation.

Triple-Action Agitation System: Engineered with a bi-directional frame-type scraper agitator paired with a high-shear central homogenizer. The food-grade PTFE (Teflon) scrapers continuously remove wall-clinging materials, ensuring a 100% heat transfer efficiency and uniform mixing for viscous formulas.


Superior Vacuum Deaeration (Defoaming) : Operating under a high vacuum environment of up to -0.09 MPa, the system performs material processing that thoroughly eliminates micro-bubbles. This process significantly extends the product’s shelf life and enhances the final visual clarity and luster.

Working Principle


The water-phase and oil-phase materials are heated and stirred separately in their respective tanks before being transferred via vacuum pump into the emulsification vessel. Inside the emulsifier, a centrally mounted paddle stirs the mixture from above while a PTFE wall-scraper ensures continuous material exchange and uniform thermal transfer, guiding the mixture downward to a high-speed shear emulsifier located at the lower end of the central shaft.

 

Operating at ultra-high speed, the emulsifier intensively cuts, shears, and disrupts the material, reducing it to fine particles ranging between 200 nm and 2 μm. Throughout the process, any bubbles generated are immediately removed under the maintained vacuum environment, ensuring a smooth, homogeneous, and bubble-free emulsion suitable for high-quality product applications.
