Working Principle
The water-phase and oil-phase materials are heated and stirred separately in their respective tanks before being transferred via vacuum pump into the emulsification vessel. Inside the emulsifier, a centrally mounted paddle stirs the mixture from above while a PTFE wall-scraper ensures continuous material exchange and uniform thermal transfer, guiding the mixture downward to a high-speed shear emulsifier located at the lower end of the central shaft.
Operating at ultra-high speed, the emulsifier intensively cuts, shears, and disrupts the material, reducing it to fine particles ranging between 200 nm and 2 μm. Throughout the process, any bubbles generated are immediately removed under the maintained vacuum environment, ensuring a smooth, homogeneous, and bubble-free emulsion suitable for high-quality product applications.
