Vaccum Emulsifier Operation Process

Emulsifying pot operation process
(1) When heating
Valve sequence: Open valve A +② Steam trap outlet valve +③ Condensate outlet valve +④ Steam heating valve. Open the third valve (condensate outlet valve) by 1/3. After the heating work is completed, please close all valves.

(2) When cooling
Valve sequence: Close valve A +⑤ cooling outlet valve +① cooling inlet valve. After the cooling work is completed, please close all valves.

(3) Drain the water in the interlayer and wait for the heating to start (preparatory work)
Valve sequence: Open valve A +③ Condensate outlet valve +⑤ cooling outlet valve. Please wait for 5 minutes during the process. After the residual water in the interlayer is drained, please close all valves. It can also be used for heating twice
Remember: The water in the interlayer must be drained completely before heating work can be carried out.

(4) Stirring (variable frequency speed regulation available）
a. When in use, press the stirring button, adjust the speed, and the pot will start stirring. If you need to stop, first set the speed to zero and then turn it off
b. The homogenizer must be started only after the cover is closed. Do not start covering during the stirring process.

(5) Homogenization (variable frequency speed regulation available)
a. Press the homogenization button, slowly rotate the homogenization frequency converter, and the homogenizer inside the pot will start to operate. Adjust to the corresponding speed according to the process requirements.
b. During the homogenization process, pay close attention to the sound of the homogenizer's operation. If any abnormal sound is detected, the homogenization should be turned off immediately.

(6) Evacuate the air
a. Before vacuuming, close all the valves inside the pot that may be connected to the outside first, and check whether the vacuum pressure gauge is normal.
b. Check the cooling water valve of the vacuum pump to ensure it is in the open position. Press the vacuum button to start the vacuum pump. At this time, manually open the vacuum ball valve, and the vacuum pressure gauge will start to change.
c. When the vacuum reaches the required level, first close the vacuum ball valve, then the vacuum button, and the vacuum pump will stop running.
d. When it is necessary to open the upper cover of the homogenizer, the feeding valve must be opened first. Only after the vacuum is completely released can the hydraulic lifting system be started.

(7) Shut down

a. The paste is produced in accordance with the process requirements, and the equipment is cleaned as needed.

• When cleaning, first open the cover of the homogenizer and rinse the residual paste in the pot thoroughly with tap water.
• After rinsing, close the upper cover and outlet, and use vacuum to draw hot water from the water pot into the homogenizer (a filter screen must be added during the material drawing process).
• Turn on the stirring and homogenization to allow the hot water to circulate fully in the pot for rinsing and disinfection, and finally discharge it through the sewage pipe.
• After the boiling water is drained, thoroughly rinse the pot with deionized water.
• The feed filter screen needs to be disassembled for cleaning. After cleaning thoroughly, it should be disinfected with 75% alcohol solution and then reinstalled.

b. Close all the valves of each part.
c. Turn off the power of the control box display and the main unit, and finally turn off the main power of the control electrical cabinet.
d. Close all water and steam valves.
e. Clean the exterior of the homogenizer with a sterilized towel and tidy up the workplace.
