Vacuum Emulsifier Operation Stages

2025-08-16

Vacuum Emulsifier Operation Stages:

1. Preliminary Stirring and Mixing (Pre-Emulsification Stage)

  • 2. Activation of the Vacuum System (Degassing Stage)
    • 3. Homogenization Operation (Core Emulsification Stage)
      • 4. Secondary Stirring and Insulation (Stabilization Stage)
        • Purpose: To further mix the homogenized materials uniformly, stabilize the emulsified system, and prepare for subsequent cooling.
        • Specific Operations:
          • After homogenization is complete, turn off the homogenizer and keep the main emulsification pot stirring (the speed can be appropriately reduced to 100-200 rpm).
          • Insulate according to process requirements (e.g., maintain around 70°C) for 5-10 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of fine particles and prevent agglomeration.
