Successful Launch of BMC Cosmetics' New Factory in Indonesia
Guangzhou Hengyu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. provides BMC Cosmetics with a one-stop turnkey solution, covering everything from design and manufacturing to international installation and commissioning. The PT BMC COSMETICS INDONESIA has successfully commenced operations.
PT BMC Cosmetics Indonesia is a company operating in the cosmetics and personal care industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and innovative beauty products for the Indonesian market. To expand into the Southeast Asian market and enhance the resilience of its global supply chain, the client has decided to invest in building a new modern factory in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Challenges:
1. Harmonization of Equipment Standards: To ensure product quality at the Indonesian plant is completely consistent with domestic standards, the core process parameters of the production equipment must align with the parent company's unified specifications.
2. Complexity of Overseas Deployment: The project faced multiple challenges including international logistics, local regulatory compliance, differences in installation environments, and cross-border technical coordination.
3. Time Constraints and Reliability: The tight project timeline for the new plant construction placed extremely high demands on the equipment supplier's delivery reliability, installation and commissioning efficiency, and post-installation service responsiveness.
Faced with these challenges, the project lead, drawing on prior experience exporting equipment to Indonesia, worked in close coordination with the R&D and production teams at the China headquarters to tackle each difficulty head-on.
The core equipment we supplied included 50L lifting-type vacuum emulsifiers, 300L lift-type vacuum emulsifier mixer, 1000L fixed vacuum emulsifying homogenizing mixer, among others.
Technical Features:
• Process Consistency: The precise temperature control system combined with the high-shear homogenization head ensures the cream's smoothness and stability are perfectly uniform.
• Durability-Oriented Design: Critical components are reinforced with anti-corrosion and enhanced durability features tailored for overseas factory conditions.
Successful Production Launch: These equipments achieved successful one-pass commissioning. This supported the on-schedule launch of the client's Indonesian plant, with the inaugural batch of products meeting all design quality standards according to plan.
