Product Description

Reverse Osmosis (RO) isn't just filtration—it's one of the most advanced and reliable water purification technologies available today.

Here’s how it works in plain English:

At the heart of the system lies a semipermeable membrane—a barrier so fine that it allows only water molecules to pass through. When we apply external pressure (stronger than nature’s own osmotic pressure), we force raw water through this membrane. Almost everything else—dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities—gets left behind.

What passes through is clean, clear, high-purity water. What doesn’t is safely flushed away as a concentrated waste stream.

Working Process:

1. Raw Water Storage Tank
Stores incoming tap water to ensure steady flow even when supply pressure is low. Works hand-in-hand with the pump to reduce system stress and prevent frequent breakdowns.
2. Raw Water Booster Pump
Made of durable stainless steel, this pump provides consistent, strong pressure to push water smoothly through the next filtration stages.
3. Mechanical Filter (Quartz Sand Filter)
Removes dirt, suspended solids, and large particles from water – giving you a clean, clear starting point.
4. Activated Carbon Filter
Eliminates chlorine, bad odors, and organic compounds. Your water will taste and smell noticeably fresher.
5. Antiscalant Dosing (Optional)
Prevents mineral scale from forming on the membrane – helping your system last longer with less maintenance.
6. Precision / Security Filter
Acts as a final protective layer before the RO membrane, catching any remaining fine particles for extra safety.
7. RO High-Pressure Pump
Generates the force needed for reverse osmosis – the core technology that delivers truly purified water.
8. RO Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element
The heart of the system. Removes up to 99% of contaminants including salts, metals, bacteria, and chemicals.
9. Finished Water / Pure Water Tank
Stores the final high-purity water. Tank size can be adjusted based on your daily usage – from lab-grade to industrial-ready quality.

FAQ

1. Do I really need an RO system if I already use tap water?
Tap water is generally safe to drink, but it may still contain chlorine, limescale, trace metals, or odors. An RO system improves taste, removes hidden impurities, and protects your appliances from scale buildup.

2. Is the water produced by an RO system safe to drink every day?
Yes, absolutely. RO water is clean and safe for daily drinking, cooking, and even for use in coffee machines, humidifiers, or aquariums. It removes harmful substances while keeping water refreshing and pure.

3. How often do I need to change filters or membranes?

  • Pre-filters (sediment, carbon): Every 6–12 months
  • RO membrane: Every 2–3 years, depending on water quality and usage
    • Regular changes keep your water quality high and prevent system damage.

4. Can an RO system work with low water pressure?
Most RO systems require a minimum pressure (typically 40–60 psi). If your tap pressure is low, you’ll need a booster pump – many of our systems include one automatically for stable performance.

5. What’s the difference between FRP and stainless steel tanks?

  • FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic): Lightweight, rust-proof, lower cost – ideal for indoor or non-corrosive environments
  • Stainless steel: Stronger, heat-resistant, better for outdoor, high-temperature, or industrial applications

We help you choose based on your water chemistry and location.

6. Do you offer customized RO systems?
Absolutely. Every system we build is tailored to your water source, space, budget, and application. Just share your requirements – we’ll design the right solution, not a one-size-fits-all box.
